National credit services is constantly calling me on my business phone several times a day. How they got my cell phone number is beyond me. This has become a harassment how do I get them to stop ? I pay my bills I don't need them.Initial Complaint

This company continues to call and harass me. Different reps call multiple times a day from varying number, all starting with *******.... I've asked numerous times for them to take me off their call list. I've asked him to cease and desist to no avail.Business response

For the past week plus have been receiving calls from this company via different phone numbers every time, I have told them since the first call not to contact me. Every single person that I have spoken with has been beyond rude and will not acknowledge that I do not want to be contacted by the company. This is text book harassment performed by asinine people that have no business ever dealing with the public.Business response

I was notified that this account was in the hands of this creditor, in October 2019. This company has an account listed on my credit report as recently as August 2022 stemming all the way back to 2019 for $53 for Spyglass ******************** In October 2019, I was notified I had a debt owed to my old leasing office, who never alerted me of the debt. I immediately reached out to them to try and pay this debt and was contacted back by the company saying that they had no record of me owing money and to call their office. I made several phone calls to find out more information to no avail. This amount needs to be removed completely from all three credit bureaus and returned to the original creditor for verification as this is an inaccurate debt and I do not owe this money. I have tried to use the dispute process with the credit bureaus and get verification that this debt is accurate, but I have email documentation saying they have no record of me owing this amount.Business response
