They were hired to repair my kitchen aide stove…..the technician came out three separate times with 3 weeks between visits to order new parts when the stove continued to not function. I was without a stove to use for about 3 months….the last time the technician came out they said the stove was not fixable. Ended up having to purchase a new stove at **** *****. I was told that I would only have to pay the service visit; about $300; which I paid. Then I got charged an additional $1044.22. The email I have is returned undeliverable. I have left at least 20 messages on their business phone number and no one has contacted me (since April 2023). Their website is defunct.Initial Complaint

Used this company in February for a service call which was paid in full at the time of service. The charge was $165.75. Was advised that repair of the dishwasher would be too expensive and told it would be better to buy a new one. That was the ONLY contact with this business. (Replaced the dishwasher through Costco.)In June, this company charged $911.62 to the same card we used in February but we had no contact with them nor any further services. They are not answering their phone, not returning messages, and their website is defunct. Concerned this is outright fraud and may have been done to others. The charge has been disputed through Chase and the incident reported to the ** AGs office.Initial Complaint

We hired this company to repair our dishwasher that wasnt draining. The tech had to come out 3 different times because he said it was fixed. And it was not. In the last visit, he left a lot of water in the floor, so long, that it damaged a panel of the laminate flooring in front of the dishwasher. He said to call the company and they would fix it. I emailed several times and ***** said a repair guy would come out and look at the damage. Someone did. They took pictures and said they would be back in a couple weeks to replace the floor panel. Ever since then, they have changed emails. Tracked one down finally and no one is getting back to me. I have all the emails and videos saved. Showing proof that they were taking responsibility for the damaged floor. This has been going on since March, and I want help getting my money back and having them pay for the repair of the floor. I dont trust them to repair anything!
