Sick marketing, sending a cheap postcard offering to make a supposed CASH OFFER on a house/property that I own. Predatory real estate has NO PLACE in ****************!Review from Kimber V

Disgusting vultures. Our mother passed away and amoung the cards with heart felt messages that were sent there was one hand addressed to the family with a stamp that had a heart with a puppy and "thinking of you" across it. I open it up thinking it was from a friend or family member and instead find its a preprinted card for this trash company wanting to know what we plan to do with the house. Absolutely disgusting. Trying to prey on grieving people is the lowest.Review from Barbara L

I am very Pleased to have my Dad's Home) Sold to (Good As Sold) and Mike Qui was the Contact person I worked with.
Mike gave us a (*Offering Price*), that we later compromised on the Price, in addition to Details within the Agreement.
The (Final Agreement) and (Business Transaction) went smoothly and I was kept informed throughout the process waiting period all the way up to the (Final Sale & Closing).
I realize every (Home Sale) isn't due to a Death, but mine was.
It was a very emotional and tough time, and (I found *no Preying* upon our Grief), but empathy, understanding and respect was given every step of the way.
Mental preparation was needed in order to move forward and (let go) of all the (History) and (Memories) that was within the Home, in addition to having support from (Family and Friends), Helped in going through the Sale.
I am, and was very pleased to work with (Good As Sold) and would reccommend them easily to others.

**** Qui at "Good as Sold Home Buyers" was very respectful of our situation. We had to sell my brother's house and we were able to choose the closing date. We are not experienced with this type of business, and were very grateful to the title company and of course **** Qui, for how easy and smoothly the experience was. They were all very courteous and helpful. We received payment for the house exactly as promised, and would recommend this agent to anyone.Thank ***************Review from Donita W.

This company preys on grieving families . They look ********** that are in probate and then contact the family to see if they want to sell their home . I think its a very poor way to do business . There must be other ways to find customers other then contact people who have just lost a loved one

Hi ******, as promised when speaking to you over the phone yesterday, we have taken you off of our mailing list. I apologize again for mistakenly mailing your family, it was the wrong address. As a business that offers ease of transaction for Sellers, the percentage of Sellers that needs our service is a very small, specific group with specific circumstances. Many of the sellers within this small group is dealing with the loss of a family member or friend. We become their best option to sell the home at times due to either the condition the home was left in, or they just do not have the time, the will, or the want to improve the home enough to appeal to regular home buyers. We pride ourselves in the transparency of our offers, and we follow best practices when it comes to contracts and closing procedures. We also offer flexible terms to family members in need in relation to the house, such as releasing large sums of ******* money to use prior to closing, or allowing multiple months of free rentbacks post-closing for family members that still lived in the house to transition with more ease after receiving the funds from the sale. I apologize once again for you receiving our letter. I hope the above explanation can offer a bit more understanding towards what we do.Review from Ben B

We responded to a letter we received from MQ at Good As Sold HB after we had reviewed their process and thought it made sense for our circumstances. Their professionalism and honesty throughout the timeframe we chose was consistently true to their stated ideals on the website. They worked with our needs of having to pack up and move over 30 years of life lived in a schedule that gave us the time and breathing space to accomplish an unrushed closure of our home. Their vision of how to complete what we had started as a remodel was reassuring as a future home for new owners to come. We are so pleased to have found this company. Good As Sold Home Buyers, and **** Qui specifically, have a very fair and honest approach. He stated that they would buy our house as is, and he meant it. The quote for the house was fair market value even though they had to clean up and repair a lot to get it ready for sale.The contract for the sale included projected sale price following refurbishment. The point of that was that it also included stipulations that provided additional funds to us once he sold the house. This was a very pleasant surprise during the sale process and is what really made us believe that **** was the right person to trust. And that trust was not misplaced.In our case, the market was very nice to us, and the end sale price was much greater than projected and **** was completely transparent about the process. We ended up with a substantial additional check once the resale went through.In the short time we have worked with ****, I can say he is one of the most honest and trustworthy people I have worked with. I wish I had a dozen more houses to sell.
