Our contractor uses this company for their carpet supply. We had carpet in (4) duplexes on campus replaced. The backing on the carpet failed within a year. We had the owner ********************* out to our campus to look at the issues. This has been at least 4 years ago! I have being working with my contractor (**** ****** - Everlasting Floor Covering) since ******* visit to try and get an answer. ***** knows there is an issue and has brushed it off. At the beginning he was at least replying to **** and talking about looking into the issue more. He has drug this on for years hoping for it to go away. **** has made several calls with no response. Since hearing this, I started making calls. He won't return my calls either. The woman that answers the phone for ProSource has been very nice when taking my messages. However, she has let me know that she has given ***** the messages and he has no intension of returning any calls.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction: 11/23/22 Amount of money paid: $6,432.72 We bought carpet from ProSource. They committed to provide us with the carpet that would be cut into segments of certain agreed upon sizes. This was agreed to before payment was made and is reflected in the invoice with the following note:** need cut pieces to be sent as follows: ****" x 12.6", ****" X 10', ****" X 13.9",****" X 12.9" - 11/23 EJ Our installer went to pick up the carpet on 12/22/22 and was expecting the carpet to be cut into the agreed upon sizes, so that it would be manageable for him to load, transport, and use as expected. When he arrived to pick up the carpet, he found that it had not been cut, and was in one giant roll. This is a major problem for our renovation project because our installer is unable to work with this roll until it is cut. It was agreed upon with ProSource that the carpet would be cut as we had specified and is clearly stated in the invoice, as well as emails and text messages. We have already tried to resolve the issue by talking with our salesman at ProSource, EJ, and he is not willing to help in any way to resolve the issue. We have also tried to contact his manager, SL, who has been unavailable today (12/23) and yesterday (12/22). We left him a voicemail yesterday and he hasn't called us back. The carpet is scheduled to be installed on Monday 12/26 which is a critical path item for us to move into our new house on 12/28. ProSource is and has been aware of our timeline. Since the carpet hasn't been picked up (we are unable to do so because it's so large and unmanageable), the warehouse it's stored in can now charge us a monthly fee (starting today) until it is picked up. ProSource has refused to reimburse us for this fee. There are additional costs and inconveniences associated with delayed carpet installation. We want ProSource to arrange for the carpet to be cut and reimburse any costs associated with the issue.Order number: CG212575
