I took our ****** Tacoma in for a dime-sized rock chip repair yesterday, 12/21, before the ice was forecasted, so that it did not grow any larger. I was charged $75 and when I came to pick it up, it looked worse than originally, and most importantly, there is a resin splatter around the crack at eye level, so it is now impeding sight when driving. I have asked for a refund of $75 as after speaking with other professional glass shops in the area, I have been advised that 1) a professional would know how to avoid a resin leak such as this from occuring, so it was not repaired correctly and 2) I should not have been charged for this service due to the outcome. I called Speedy today and spoke to the manager. He was extremely rude - asked "are you serious?" when I requested a refund, and refused to do so. He took my information and said he would need to ask his regional manager about it next week. I do not believe he has any intention of returning my money, as there should be no question. I felt this is very unethical and hope this has not happened to others.
