  The supporting document, "Jon B Construction ***************************** is what we sent to *******************, owner of Jon B Construction, via email and ***** It details what was done wrong and poorly, what needed to be redone and fixed, and the extra cost to us. We have not heard from him, which is why I am filing this claim.~~~~~~~~~~Two important items were not in the original document. First, *** told ******, my wife, that he would be at our house every day, but towards the end of the project he was absent much of the time, leaving his somewhat inexperienced helper, ******, on his own. Second, ****** has MCS (Multiple Chemical Sensitivities) and she reacted to the smells that *** brought into the house - we felt we could not say anything for fear that *** would be upset and leave with the project half done - that was very hard on ****** and no one else should have to endure those hazardous smells.~~~~~~~~~~The supporting documents, "Tops Countertops Project, .pdf" and "Tops_Countertops Invoice.pdf" show the amount paid to Tops Countertops of $1,767.47.~~~~~~~~~~The supporting document, "******************* Plumbing Check.jpeg", shows the amount paid for the plumbing rework.~~~~~~~~~~The other two amounts paid were part of other work done by the painter and electrician.~~~~~~~~~~The supporting document "jonbconstruction_invoice_603.pdf" shows what we paid for the project and what work was to be done.~~~~~~~~~~We are simply requesting that Jon B Construction reimburse us the $2,876.29 that it cost us to correct the problems caused by *** and ******, his helper.

  I understand that they are unhappy I got there email last week and email them back and said I would pay half of what they are asking for I don't believe that the countertop was a fault of mine but would meet them in the middle they haven't responded to the emai I ***** responded to biuth of them that they seant me
