My child has been going to Treetop for a year now. The improvement in my childs speech, writing, listening and overall education has taken a massive leap forward. I am constantly impressed by the way all teachers engage with each kid. The communication between the parent and the teacher is excellent. Between the app they use for communication through the day and then picking my child up, I always am in the loop and love to hear about how my childs day went. The atmosphere is warm welcoming and I highly recommend Treetop Village to anyone looking for childcare.

I just pulled my 3 children from this facility. We have been attending this daycare for almost 3 years Let me start with, THEY COULDNT FIND MY KID 2 TIMES! I go in to pick my kids up and no one can tell me where my daughter was they had me walking all over the daycare trying to find her They lose their jackets, sheets and blankets The director is rude and talks to you like you're 5 years old. When asked about when pictures would be in she responds, "well she(photographer) has a life outside of this place" it's not like we were bugging her just asked a question 1 time, how unprofessional and absolutely RUDE My son was being sent home because of behavioral issues every week we have been working with him but he has learned that he behaves this way he gets sent home which is what he wanted. We went to our pediatrician to talk about the behavioral issues and the pediatrician suggested this solution not me. I sent a message asking for them to try de-escalation,call me to talk to him on the phone I even offered to come up to the daycare to talk to him in person when they are having their problems with him. He starts school next year and we need to work with him on this not send him home every chance they get because they don't want to deal with him. The DIRECTOR (*****) was again disrespectful and unprofessional. It was not necessarily what she said but how she decided to respond.They also called me to pick up my son who was misbehaving but when my daughter is running a ************************************************************************************* to come get her. So they'll call to send my misbehaving son home but not call me until way later about my SICK KID!DONT GO HERE, they have no structure, a terrible pick-up system where literally anyone could walk in and grab a kid as long as they have the kids' name. Drop off time is too early, and pick up is chaotic.They have also sent my kids home with "fevers" multiple times to only get home be running no fever.

Horrible establishment. Rude staff, that lie, failed to inform me a staff member hit my kid, and then banned me due to a bad review. And the review was against *****, the owner. For verbally abusing me with my daughter in my arms. The verbal abuse stemmed from simply asking how I could add a third party to pick up my child incase I had to stay late at work here and there.Theyre known For leaving kids in dirty diapers, letting all the kids bite each other to the point of bruises.The place is chaos. Overall the worst child care establishment I have ever seen. Highly recommend anywhere else but here. Literally banned me from picking up my daughter. And held my daughter inside the establishment and refused to open the doors. So I had to call law enforcement. I absolutely love this daycare and their staff. My son has been going here since he was 7 weeks old and is almost three. The staff is so good to my ***** that I bought a house in ************ and work in ********** but I go out of my way and deal with ship yard traffic daily for him to go here. ***** loves going there and I would never change his daycare when he is so happy with the staff. I get good communication from his teachers and absolutely love ***** the owner. She goes out of her way to make sure the staff and kids are happy. I have worked at daycare in the past and this one is amazing.
