I requested my bank account information to be deleted when I canceled the service. And they continued to tell me their system was unable to delete it. I asked she replace it with all 1s or something generic. Her name was *******. I want my bank account information OUT of their system. This is a CPNI breach. I want my bank account information OUT OF THIS SYSTEM.Business response

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to complaint ID ********. We apologize for any frustration or inconvenience ************************** experienced regarding the deletion of her bank account information.
Upon reviewing Ms. ************ file, we found that on May 16, 2024, at approximately 12:00 PM PST, our AFS ****** Services Manager, ****************************, confirmed with ************************** that her banking account information had been successfully deleted from our system. Initially, our ****** Support Services representative was unable to fulfill her request due to permission limitations. However, once the issue was escalated, we took immediate action to resolve it.
We want to assure ************************** that her banking details have been removed, and her DMP has been canceled as she requested. We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding.

I am rejecting this response because:I was told by the first rep I spoke to ****** that she deleted my bank info.
When I called again to check on the status of my cancelation, again I inquired on my bank info and if it was deleted. The rep told me no. And that she had to check to see if she could do that.
CHECK WITH WHO?? Its my bank account information!!
I am told many different things by this agency. Which leads me to not believe it has been deleted.
the systems should be updated so CLIENTS can add or remove their own banking information.
if a breach happened I do not want my info on file.
