      I have put down a deposit last September to order a vehicle from them, and in August of this year they finally told me Toyota has never picked up my order and then offered me to return my deposit as its been over 6 months. I have accepted the offer but then four months later still has not received my refund. I have called a few times in October and finally got a call back in November from a manager, told me that hed look into it and will get back to me. Now its mid December, and I still have not heard a thing. I understand there is a shortage, but this entire process of ordering and then not getting updates to offering a deposit but never follow-up on their promises made me wonder how they are conducting their businesses. I have been very unimpressed with this particular dealership.

      Beware of service, I purchased a new 2022 vechile from them along with there service package. When. I took the car in for the 5k maintenance I was told that don't do a oil change until 10k. When I took it in for the 10k they told me they rotated the tires along with other service. When I left I noticed they indeed didn't rotate the tires and the service recommended oil change at 5k. When I confronted them about it they agreed that they didn't rotate tires and that it was supposed to have a oil change at 5k. They then stated that due to toyota care covering the 10k they didn't change at 5k even though it was covered on service plan. They sell you a plan then lie to not due the service then lie when they provide a service and not perform it.

      Based on false information provided by a Heartland Toyota service rep who told us our original Toyota Care Plan which we purchased with the car had expired, we purchased a second ********* (Heartland) service contract. We were told it would save us much money for upcoming services. Without having the original service contract in hand (and which Heartland said they could not find a record of), we took their word and paid ****** for a new service contract. Months later, it was confirmed our original contract was still intact and we had purchased the second plan unnecessarily. (We signed for the second plan with one service rep blaring in our ear that our Toyota was serviced and ready while talking to a business rep about the new plan. It was distracting and language in the second contract prevents refunds or transfers). Fast forward. We are moving out of state and asked for a refund. Heartland has refused showing us the language of the contract we signed. Again, we trusted their word that the original contract had expired, but it was found months later. (We have saved the timeline and records). And, Heartland refuses to refund this purchase based on the false information they provided us. True, we should have absolutely read every word of what we were signing, but Heartland should have been able to retrieve the original contract in their computer system. Based on the wrong information they provided, they should reimburse our expense of this contract. We met with them and they refused. We have followed that up with emails, and they have not answered. Very disappointing.
