I purchased two shirts from this company and filling a complaint due to my issue being unresolved. I ordered two size smalls and when I received the shirts one was completely smaller than the other, looking like a childrens size small. I wrote the customer support, explaining my issue and asking if I could exchange shirts for correct sizing, to which I got a response saying that was not possible. I was of course surprised as all businesses who sell apparel allow for size exchanges. The customer rep proceeded to tell me that the fault was mine because I did not check with them on sizing prior to ordering. Nowhere on the site does the shirt indicate that the sizing is different so to me this is false advertising. Nowhere on the site does it say they do not exchange for incorrect sizes. The customer service rep was very rude and kept insisting the issue was mine and not theirs because I didnt order the correct size. I explained that I would like to simply exchange for the correct size so I can actually use the apparel I purchased. I spent $57.24 on this order (and yes for two cotton t-shirts!!) which I feel is already overpriced but I did make the decision to purchase. The problem I have is that they are not even willing to work with me and allow me to use the apparel i paid for. What kind of business collects money and doesnt promise on the goods theyre selling nor do they care whether their customers can use their goods? This is incredibly unprofessional and I worry that other customers are being scammed. The Order #****** and the date of transaction was 21/06/2022. I would like to file this complaint to get a refund (Im happy to return the merchandise and pay for the return shipping) or at the very least get the correct sizing. Otherwise Ive just thrown $57 in the trash. This doesnt seem right and I hope you are able to help me resolve this issue. Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.
