July 11th booked and fully paid for my daughter to have a surprise birthday weekend at the Burlington/********* location. I paid and reserved fully upfront for 2 adults 1 pet in a 1 room cabin. I noticed today(July 30th) that they charged me an additional $44.20 plus the $10 pet fee(which I was aware of the pet fee). When my daughters boyfriend went in to ask about it in the office today they would not look at either receipt and stated they have a right to change prices and charge more nightly upon check in checkin. How is that even possible? They do not have a right to change their nightly prices and charge more because they feel like it at check in. I want my money refunded back to my card immediately and an apology.
