      - Transaction was made on 1 April, 2022.- I paid the business $157.62 for an "inspection."- The business originally committed to changing my brake pads, rotors and calipers on both axles for $650.42. Later, I received a text message for $877.58 for all the parts and labor without my consent they ordered the parts before giving me a new quote with no documentation provided.- The nature of the dispute was forcibly paying the inspection fee before I could receive my car and I feel I was wrongfully charged at an undisclosed cost without my consent.- The business would not budge for the original price and were very unprofessional.- I have initiated a dispute 4 April, 2022 with Chase/credit card. The business has up to 14 days to provide documentation proving that I agreed and gave consent to any part of their business. If doing so, I have the documentation and text messages attached to this file of the entire interaction.

I am rejecting this response because:
There was no original written documentation provided for a quote. I was given a verbal over the phone quote that did not match the original verbal quote on what the business was charging for their services. I was informed on the original verbal over the phone quote at $650.42 for all brake pads, rotors calipers and was later given a cellular text message quote of $877.58. Not only was the quote above the original price by $227.16, the business provided services I did not request such as an inspection on my air filters, etc.. To include, I was not informed I would be paying for an inspection for which I did not request.

      Sincerely,

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is still unsatisfactory to me. I will no longer be dealing with this matter. Nothing is being done and the business clearly has poor practices without admitting their faults. It is evident this will continue to go back and forth without getting anywhere.

      Sincerely,
