VEHICLE PURCHASED IN 2022- NO DOCUMENTS RECEIVED DISPITE MANY ATTEMPTS - TREATED RUDE- PUT OFF FOR NEARLY A YEAR- BECAUSE I WANTED TO CANCEL COVERAGES- THEY FIANLLY SENT IT JUST SHY OF A YEAR LATER- IT IS THEN I REALIZED I GOT TOATLLY RIPPED OFF- AND THE WARRANTY PAPERWORK WANST EVEN SIGNED BY ME. NOT TO MENTION NOW MY WARRANTY CAN NO LONGER BE CANCELLED. IMAGINE THAT- THIS PLACE IS CROOKED AS THEY COMEBusiness response

Thank you for sending us this complaint. I reviewed the transaction file and being that all of our documents are done electronically we have a log showing that they were indeed sent the day of the purchase which I am attaching. I confirmed the email address is the same as this complaint so I am unsure why they were not received?
I tried to reach our cancelation person who is out for the day so I sent ***************** an email with a copy of the record showing we sent the documents to her and also included a cancelation form she can complete which I will have processed immediately when I get it back.

Purchased a used 2019 **** F150 Lariat on 02/11/2023, for ******. at the time of sale a clean Carfax was presented to me and i was led to believe nothing was wrong with the truck. After having my truck appraised by *************** auto group, they discovered through an Experian Auto Check that on 09/28/2021 a severe accident with frame and structural damage had occurred, and after looking at digital maintenance records, the date coincides with a ****** repair. this was not disclosed at the time of sale. This would have been critical information that would have made me not purchase the vehicle.Business response

Thank you for sharing this complaint. Burlington Used Car Super Store uses Carfax exclusively and we did not have the information ************** provided or we would have shared it. We have offered to help trade him out of the vehicle already and will reach out again now to see if we can assist with that.

I am rejecting this response because: While they use carfax exclusively, I was told by the salesman to reach out to carfax for their buyback guarantee, which only works for title issues, not undisclosed damage, which is what was told to me in the email from carfax. I want to get out of this deal and do not want this vehicle anymore due to its history. The dealer family they work with does not have the vehicle Im interested in and do not want to trade into a truck I dont want, nor do I want to wait excessively long. Also I am accruing interest on a loan for a truck which I never would have purchased in the first place had I known this information, which was also present in the vehicle service records available on the **** pass app which I did not have access to until after my purchase. This vehicle came from a **** lot, so this information should have been readily available.

We provided all the information we had on the vehicle at the time of purchase and fulfilled our obligations. The deal is finalized, we are unable to rescind the transaction but as previously stated we are happy to help trade out of the vehicle.
