8/7/22 i called Camano Fast Lube @ 12:50pm on Sunday looking for an oil change quote. When i talked to the person who answered the phone i asked them what the price was for a Silverado Duramax with full synthetic oil. The response I received was this will be 108 dollars i said ok whats the wait like? The answer they gave me was it depends its first come first served. I said ok i will be on my way. I got to the oil change place and the name on the shop said ******. I parked my truck walked up to the shop and said id like to get my oil changed. the kid said no problem bring the truck over and we will write you up. I brought the truck over in front of the pits. the attendant helping me said stay in the truck and he will guide me in. after i parked and turned the truck off i went to get out of the truck and i was told to get back in the truck customers were not allowed to get out of it. its 83 degrees out side and I'm sitting in this hot truck for at least a half hour about 1:35pm-2:05pm i made the comment are you trying to roast us in here referring to me and the car next to me. I got the comment back no just slow cooking you. i go to give one of the workers my card to pay for the services and he said he will guide me out and i will go into the gas station to pay for it. they didn't say anything about the price. I walked into the station to pay grabbed 2 Rockstar's and now at the counter. the guy behind the counter asked me if i wanted the Rockstar's to pay together i said yes that is fine. he rang everything up i still have not heard a price and i paid with my credit card. I looked at the receipt and it said ****** i asked why is it so much the quote i got on the phone was 108$$, the guy behind the counter said he doesnt know anything about the price he just collects paperwork and people pay here. i will need to go talk to the workers. I asked the person who wrote me up why it is so much he said he didnt know my truck was big. I said i told you over the phone
