      wish I could do 0 star. long sorry short I gave them ****** to fix my truck. got the truck back and didn't work right took a year to get a Receipt and then it wasn't a full receipt. then for 2 years I tried to get him to look at it and I got no text back no call back and had his wife block me. then had to say I was gonna *** for him to look at it and he finally did and shocker he found a broken head stud. so you would think he would do the right thing and fix the truck the right way. but no he said he needs anther ***** to fix it and it's not his fault even tho he said the head studs NEVER do that so that means he over torque it!! I would never go to them or go back they need to be shut down lots more to but I can't make it that long.

      Hey ******, I'm really sorry for all the mis understanding and frustration as it's been frustrating for both sides. 

      We have never done anything but right by you. You lost the original receipt then asked us for a receipt a year after the repair was done after everything went to our tax agent, we were still very small and working with all paper copies at that time, we had nothing digital so it's not like we could just pull up your account on the computer and print another copy, all of this was explained to you and you were understanding. We then went ahead and got, and gave you a receipt for the work that was done. 

      A year after that you wanted us to look at the truck, we agreed do to so, not because you ever threatened us, (which, you never did talk bad to us so, I'm not sure where that is coming from if you really felt this way, you could've communicated that to us) and we did find a broken head stud. Mind you we did look at your truck multiple times in-between that head stud snapping, and yes believe it or not, it wasn't over torqued, it was a bad head stud and it does happen, now, we understood even two years after your original repair, and we took care of that completely free of charge, we didn't charge you to look at it all the other times, we didn't charge you to look and diagnos or repair this head stud, we took care of you 100% 

      My apologies that you're still upset about all of this and we'd love to make it right. 

      Also, the $1000 you're talking about was a quote you asked us for, for a repair.  I'm sorry if you missed understood any of this or the communication wasn't direct enough.

      Also, I did block your wife off of social media because she was personally harassing me. But you still can contact us by phone number at anytime.

      Prompt and quality service at a fair price. A strong work ethic and straight up talk about what the solution options are on my vehicles while keeping my budget in mind. I highly recommend using them. And they come to you! I have a great working relationship with them.

      Excellent service, fast & Communicative. ***** did a fast diagnosis on my Van while ***** scheduled me in Right away for the repairs. The prices were beyond fair and they gave me an estimate so i knew how much it would cost. With no hidden fees. I would recommend them to anyone. They are a Great team that does amazing work at affordable pricing. 10 out of 10
