    If I could give a 0 star review, I would. I purchased a groupon for 6 laser lipo sessions. My first appointment was on March 30th 2021. The first session went well, and I scheduled the rest of my sessions. I showed up to my 2nd session and ******* was not there. I called her and she said her mom was in hospice and had to cancel. She was sorry I wasn't notified, but told me she would give me a free session to make up for it since the sessions need to be done every couple of days to be effective. I was trying to get my sessions in before a vacation and unfortunately her schedule wasn't going to work with mine so I postponed the sessions until May. I made all 6 appointment sessions and she approved all the appointments. I cannot even keep track of how many times I was canceled on.. Savanah canceled more sessions than I made it to. I think I made it to two sessions in a row before she canceled again, this time saying her mom died. I felt so bad for her and postponed my appointments again. She again said she would give me the sessions so I could see results. I rescheduled all 6 appointments in a row for ***** I made it to one session and she canceled the rest due to covid. I could understand each reason for canceling so I postponed it again. I started my appointments again on August 3rd. Remember, I started this in March. So again I made all 6 appointments in a row that she promised me. She canceled again this time saying her mom was in hospice. I was so confused because she said she died. During the appointments I did make it to ******* would tell me about her trips she has been taking to vegas and varois places.Eventually I got really frustrated and told her I was tired of the lies and cancelations. I had asked for a refund in May, but she could not give me a refund because it was claimed through groupon. Groupon couldn't do a refund because it showed claimed. I finally made it to 5 consecutive sessions. She rescheduled the times on 3 of the 5 sessions and set me up with her assistant. I was so fed up with the service that I rearranged my schedule just so I could make it through and get what I paid for. I never saw results. Fast forward to this month, October of 2021. I was checking my credit card statement. I noticed two charges on October 7th from Couture Beauty Bar. One for ****** and one for ******. I immediately contacted *******. She said someone hacked her system and charged people. I sent her a screen shot of the charges and she said that the funds would be reversed in 3 to 5 business days. A week went by and I never saw the credit. I disputed the charges with my credit card company. I again texted ******* to let her know I didnt see a credi and that I disputed it. I also called her out on her lies. She told me she would just block me. This company gave me the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Looking on the comments and reviews on Groupon, I am not the only one who has had this experience. The sessions I did make it to, ******* didn't always have the right product. Two sessions she was out of hot cream, one session she didnt have saran wrap, one session she used baby oil on the lipo machine instead of whatever gel should be used. She explained how one shouldn't use baby oil because it could burn, but that she would be really careful. I wasn't burned, but the lack of professionalism was very apparent. I would never recommend anyone use their service, or lack there of.
