I had them clean and press my wedding dress. I bought the dress used and there were some stains (which I feel could have been removed by me at home). I showed these to the gentleman at the cleaners and asked for it to be cleaned and pressed. It took 2 weeks. When I came back (2 days before the wedding) I was surprised at the $271 bill. Especially since the underlining of the dress was the only part that was dirty and it was otherwise very clean. Well I trusted them and did not fully take the dress out and inspect it prior to the wedding. Imagine my surprise to look and see my dress laid out with a very filthy underside. Everyone saw and made comments and said where did you get that dress? Not only was it embarrassing, I had no choice but to wear it. It was gross and right next to my body. Thanks Imperial Dry Cleaning for that on my wedding day. As if that wasn't terrible enough, the lady who cleaned it argued with me. She accused me of lying and said she would have seen it. She said she would clean it now and i refused. What good would that do for me now? She finally agreed to give me 20% refund. My husband said that wasnt good enough, so she said 30%. We got a check for $75. Does not cover the embarrassment and also the lack of remorse or responsibility by the company at all! My dress is still dirty!Business response

We talked complain person & we will pay them 1/2 amount of total price.
They will come to visit our store for money back (1/2 of total money).

I am rejecting this response because: The business owner and his wife were extremely rude and argumentative. I received a refund of $50 (out of $271). I was blamed once again for their mistake, embarrassed in front of other customers and made to feel stupid. These people should not be in business when all they do is make the customer feel terrible. Shame on you
