I purchased an ice cream cake using their online ordering system for $36.99 + tax. When I went to pick it up, they didn't have what I ordered in-stock, and instead gave me a lower priced cake ($32.99). The person working didn't offer to refund me the difference instead told me to have a nice day. In my opinion that is a bait/switch scenario, when I inquired about refunding me the difference for giving me a cheaper cake, the employee said they couldn't do that since it was an online order. I left my name/number with the shift manager and told someone would call me, which no one has yet. I've called the corporate number and requested someone contact me, which no one has yet. I want my $4 + tax that I am owed for receiving a cheaper product than what I paid for.
