      On the 14th of October 2021, my husband and I decided to purchase new furniture from a local business called "hometown furniture" by ***********************. She had a grand opening sign. We spent $1818.98 on a recliner/couch set with a guarantee that it could be fixed if anything was wrong with it. It was delivered about two weeks later. Immediately we realized both the couch and recliner were faulty. The couch cushion actually busted immediately and was sunk in. It took about 3 months for return calls and finally a replacement. She promised to replaced both Couch and recliner because they both came broken. I have this written in emails and a signed document by her. She came and replaced the couch, but never returned any of my calls to replace the recliner. Then about two weeks into having our new couch, I could tell the left side was slanted and lose from the connection site. I called to have a repair person come, which they said would be ordered, and also would replace our recliner after January sometime of 2022. It is now May, and I still do not have a new recliner, nor has anyone come to even look at our faulty couch. She will not return my calls. Its been almost 7 months of waiting.

      We have in good faith replaced the sofa. We also agreed to replace the recliner. The factory told us the replacement for the recliner was due aprox. late January. As of this writing the factory has notified us that the recliner is going to be here on 5/19/2022 . We are more than happy to exchange the recliner on Saturday 5/21/2022. Service has reached out to them and no answer. I have contacted service and they will reach out to the customer on the sofa. Once the exchange on recliner is made and repair of 2nd sofa is made this will fulfill our obligation under the warranty.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      no One from *************** has contacted me for maintenance for my couch. Business owner said she had someone contact me, not a single person has called to fix this issue. When my couch is fixed I will accept this response.

      The recliner is being exchange 5/21/2022 at 4 pm
