      One of the items was on backorder for a few days unfortunately. This order was fulfilled and shipped out via **** Ground Advantage on August 12, 2024. It's expected delivery date to customer is August 19, 2024. The **** tracking number is here: 420234529334610570803445800844.

      If customer is not satisfied after receiving the items, then they can send the items back and a full refund will be issued once we receive the items back.

      8/19-received order today..better communication of any delivery delay would have prevented all this.I emailed twice asking wheres my order and didnt get any reply. Thank you BBB for your help.

      I placed an order through the national park store website Jan 1, 2024 for 2 **** Medium hoodies @ cost of $72.90. Order# *****. It took 12 days to receive initial order only for hoodies to be smaller than **** advertised on website **** chart and there was damage to both items. One was torn on seam & the other had damage to decal. I sent multiple emails from their business website contact us option & directly to their email ******************************** which is only available contact information (no phone number) to request exchange with no response. I finally received response jan 15th when I reached out through their Etsy shop connected to their business website. The owner tried to tell me he responded to my email but I have no record of it. Items were mailed back January 16,2024 with return label provided by store owner & per owner request a description of what I wanted in exchange which is **** large national park compass hoodie charcoal *************** **** large great Smokey mountain national park denim heather ****** Since then I have made weekly attempts to follow up on status of exchange being shipped through email address, direct from website contact us function & through their Etsy store contact me option and have gotten no response. They have deducted payment for my account with the initial order but I have not received my corrected order. At this point I would like to request a full refund given the amount of time that has passed since order placed and still not having my order or communication from owner as well as inconvenience as the winter season to wear items will have passed by time items received

      Contacted business to see about returning a shirt for a refund. The shirt was a large but it was was too small. I have never received a response from the owner. It has been a week.

      On June 6, 2023, we ordered a National Park Compass Comfort Colors Long ************** (medium). The shirt we received fit very small and may have been sized wrong.Order number was #***** $31.32 We contacted the seller through their website (there is no other contact info) a few times till we finally got a response on June 28 2023 giving ** a address (***************************************************************) to send back the shirt to exchange for a large size.On June 29 we sent the shirt back via **** ...AT OUR COST ($6.65) and received a confirmation of delivery from ****. (July 3)Since then we have tried to contact the seller a few times to get any update on our exchange but never get a response (very frustrating). At this point we no longer want to deal with this company and are requesting a refund plus our cost to mail the shirt back.$31.32 + $6.65 = $37.97 Thank you for any help you can provide to resolve this issue.Please advise *** ********************

      I placed an order on July 2. There was no direct communication from the company regarding shipping and estimated arrival of the item. After contacting them several times via email (there is no phone number to call), the seller offered a refund. After a week, I am again met with silence from the seller. They do not respond to emails unless I tell them I plan to file a dispute with my credit card company.

      Order # ***** -- Date Placed 12/30/22 -- Order included a total of 5 sweatshirts, size XL I ordered these after placing a previous order for the same size sweatshirt earlier in Dec. 2022. The initial XL sweatshirt fit was nice quality, fit well.. which is why another order was placed for 5 more. When the 12/30/22 order arrived, the sweatshirt brand was completely different and then XL did NOT fit. I've sent several emails to address this concern and start an exchange. No response from owner!! Order # ***** -- Date Placed 1/17/23 -- Order included a total of 5 sweatshirts, size XXL Ordered the same 5 sweatshirts in XXL after getting no response on exchange. Payment was deducted from checking account, but the order has not been processed, shipped, or received. Several more emails sent from business website (only known form of communication) to address this, NO RESPONSE FROM OWNER. At this point, I would like to cancel this order and request money back.

      On 1/2/23 I asked via email if I could exchange the sweatshirt I ordered for a smaller size. Was told yes and was given an address to send the return to (**** *****************. *****, ** *****) and what should be in the enclosed note (order #***** and what was wanted in exchange - same design and color in size small). Tracking showed package was delivered to PO box on 1/6. In spite of sending one more email and 3 notes from their web contact page asking for a status update, I have received no sweatshirt and no response.
