My wife and I purchased a used vehicle frome riverside auto on 4/10/2024 with the agreement that they would fix some issues with the jeep that we noticed. the vehical cracked windshield, broken plastics in engine bay, passanger door alignment/function, electronics on passanger doors, passanger windows and mirror not operating correctly, excessive road noise on passanger side. We would set a repair date a few weeks later for al the repairs. After the few weeks they had jeep to do the repairs we received the vehical with the windshield fixed but still had issues with the mirror, door alignment/function and excessive road noise on passanger side. We brought the vehical back and they had it for another 2 weeks but when we picked it up no work got done on the vehical and was told that the dealership was exchanging owners. I have tried to contact ***** multiple times and have been getting told that I'd be contacted but a new mechanic that will fix the issues, never being able to get ahold of anyone or given the run around on who to contact, being told I'd receive a call right back, so on and so on. The issue with the door has gotten bad enough that I think it's going to fall off at every bump it says the door is open all the time. I've purchased an extended warranty for the vehical and paid $3202.14. I would expect a decent working vehical for $17904.28 or one that is safe to drive. But I just received a letter from the warranty company that my service contract never got paid by the dealership. The dealer said they would fix the issues and now the issues ive tried countless time to have them fix have become unsafe. There was an arbitration agreement signedBusiness response

We have scheduled an appointment with a third party repair facility for July 7th to have your Jeep door repaired in full and we will obviously be taking care of the bill in full.
As far as your warranty goes, we stopped using the warranty company that you purchased due to an increase in denied claims. You have a full warranty through Integrity Warranties. We have sent you your contract via email. You are welcome to cancel the warranty as well to get a refund.
Please give me a call if you have any further questions. I will be calling you on August 1st around noon to discuss this.

I am rejecting this response because:
I do not consent to sign me up for a different warranty company, another warranty, simulator or different Or any other type of contract, agreement, without contracting me first. I have been told multiple times about this mechanic that would fix the issues shortly. I've asked for a name, number address multiple times. How about if I take it to a jeep dealership to get the issues fixed. Then i know that it will be fixed quickly the first time Without a big hassle or headache. I've been trying to be understanding patient but it's been too much stress and a hassle trying to resolve anything beyond talk of correcting the issues and stalling with excuses. I am rejecting this response because: I have e-mailed that address and I have gotten a e-mail back saying that it's the dealership in ********* and that I need to e-mail the camas dealership. Also I never received any phone call on the 1st and I never received an warranty info e-mail that you said you sent me. I contacted the new warranty company just to double check and they told me that there's no warranty contract for me or the vehical and that there never was any. I dropped off the vehical and was given a loaner that doesn't start up ( needs to be jumped every time ). You've stated that you'd cover the cost fully yet I'm going to have to pay for a loaner vehical or pay my deductible they send out an investigator they cover the loaner while it gets repaired at a different shop and my insurance goes up. When I have been trying to get the issues repaired and now I don't have any faith in anything you say or your reputable mechanic to fix anything correctly.
