      I ordered a Ring and Pinion set (SKU : D44JK-410-OE) that was on sale Aug. 27, 2023 and never received it. After creating a ticket(#*****) with their support agent (DPI Off-Road Web Support) I was informed in a personal email from ********************* @dpioffroad.com Sept. 26, 2023 stating "we will be canceling and refunding your order due to our liquidation sale stock being sold out" and that "The product is still available to purchase at a fair market value". Just to note the same SKU was again on sale for the price I paid Sept. 25 2023 when I checked to see if my support ticket had been updated.

      I ordered a sway bar in October of 2022 and never received it. I've called multiple times. At first it was to ask what the status was then to request a refund. The representative that answers the phone, there have been multiple, state that they can only send a message to the one person that can handle it. We are now in July of 2023 and I have yet to see anything. I ordered the part through a local 4x4 shop and got it in less than a week. When I spoke to the owner if the shop he said that this was one of the reasons he had quit doing business with them. I just tried calling them and after 30 minutes on hold the call disconnected

      Unfortunately I would like to give no stars but that is not an option, ordered pinion bearing gear and seals for my Jeep , ordered online got a confirmation of order waited 2 weeks called and spoke with a lady , she said it was 2week back ordered , called back 2 days later to cancel $187 order was told it just went in back to be shipped , she had to go in back grab it so she could cancel didn't hear anything for 2 more weeks called and spoke to 4 different people kept getting the same answer we have to email our accounting department and don't have a contact number for them , they took the money in october it is now December , they basically stole from us.

      I wish you could give no stars. I placed an order back in September for an ***** E-locker, shortly after I began getting text correspondence from someone at Daystar about my order and if I needed anything else to just let them know. I inquired about shipping and was told they didn't know when it would be going out. Several days later I reached out to that same person stating I wanted my order canceled at which point he said he would let "his team" know. Much to my surprise a week later a get an email stating my order had shipped. This is after I had already ordered and received another locker from a different company. So now it's middle of November and I've been fighting with this *************** who is supposedly the manager there to get me a return label to ship it back and get a refund. Took till the end of October to get a label that worked since by the time he sent the 1st label it was already expired. Mailed it before I left for Jeep Jam 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiti.g for a response. TODAY I WILL BE CONTACTING MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY IM SICK OF DEALING WITH YOU PEOPLE. Don't ever spend money here!!

      I ordered a front axle part for my ****** 4Runner in December. They charged my PayPal immediately. After 6 weeks of silence I contacted them for status on the order. After 3 unanswered emails, I tried calling. Finally got ahold of a customer service rep who promised I would receive a call. Never did. The next week I reached another customer service rep who emailed her boss and copied me on the email. No response. I emailed the customer service rep and asked for a refund to my PayPal account. Again, she emailed the bosses and copied me on the email. After 10 days, still no refund. Now I have to contact PayPal and report this as a fraudulent charge.I've NEVER dealt with a company like this, avoid these people at all cost.

      I ordered parts back in the middle of June after numerous emails and phone calls I finally received a partial order in September. Ive reached out numerous times since and no reply and still missing parts. So they have essentially committed non-delivery of product.
