We moved from **************** to *****. Sold our camper in July. Contacted this State Farm, which was our state farm to cancel policy because we sold the camper. We did not notice it was coming over other account because we were so busy moving. So my husband contacted State Farm in ******** ** to get a refund because they were still taking out that insurance for this trailer. They sent my husband a check for $69 and change. Then today They sent him an email with some pro rated portion that we had no clue about. Needless to say they are stealing our money , refusing to give back what is owed to us. The monthly payment was around $140 - $160 a month. They will not even give me the monthly amount we paid for the camper insurance. And we closed our other account so now we can not go back & look.Customer response

There has been a great deal of miscommunication between my husband and state farm. They only owed us $69 and change which we have already received. State Farm in ******** **************** does a fantastic job with their customers. I wish to have this resolved. And put into writing. This was our miscommunication with State Farm on our part.
