In 2022 they installed a new furnace and heat pump. It still did not work properly. I had them come back out multiple times to try and fix it and was told I just needed to clean the filters.In Dec 2023 around Christmas, my water pump went out and they came to fix and replace that. It took them a week and they still did not fix it. They also blew both heating elements that I had to buy new ones out of pocket. I ended up having another company come out and fix what they messed up.I also had to have the other company fix my heat pump and furnace because ABK messed that up and refused to come back our after the 4th time and fix it.ABK continues to tell me that all the products they have fixed in my house have manufactured defects. But the other company who fixed my stuff said there was no manufacture defects but rather ABK installed it all wrong.*** has also done work at my other house and continuously says there is nothing wrong with their installs and that it's all fine. And once again have had to have a different company come out to fix the issue. A friend of the family (a 70yr old lady) had ABK come out 6months ago and replace her ductless heat pump. It didn't work right. **** the owner told her his normal excuse of "manufacture defect" and got so fed up that he Uninstalled the pump and has not been back to fix this pump. This little old lady is without heat because **** cannot do his job appropriately. During his jobs at my residence he emptied his work truck into my trah can filling it full of cans of alcohol. I belive the men (**** and *****) who work for this company drink and do drugs while on the job. They have left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never refer them to anyone else.They're also not registering their products serials # so that their customers can't call in and get their rebates for replacing units.I think this company needs to be investigated & be put on suspension until they can be proved safe and knowledgeable in their field.
