      I purchased this cover in may 2024. I installed the switchblade retractable cover on my 2008 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 6.6 foot bed. The bed cover is advertised as water resistant however, will not keep a single drop of water out of it. Even when the truck is being hand washed the bed fills up with water. I had an authorized installer dealer designs in ******, la check for proper installation and said its installed properly. I contacted pace Edwards by email and received a voicemail saying that the product is not eligible for return because they do not advertise the product to be water tight. The cover is useless and the company is not even attempting to remedy the issue. I do have the voicemail saved and can email it to whoever necessary.

      Purchased the Pace Edwards/Leer "Full Metal Matte Black JackRabbit Tonneau Cover." This is Pace Edwards' top of the line residential cover. It came with 3yr warr.Payed $1,931.34 - 11/04/20, Order2743539.With 2-3 inches of snow the cover was dented and broke away from side-rail. I called for warr. coverage. Rep. wanted pics, I sent them, and a video showing how the it barely was able to moved,(10-12"). He warned me that he may not get back to me in a timely manner since he's the only empl covering issues. I placed numerous calls and voice mesgs(in 1 week period), I finally got a hold of him, and discussed the pics,he requested more pics. I sent more. Again,I eventually got a hold of him (1 wk period). I then pleaded my case regarding the price I payed for their best, heavy duty cover, and also the 3yr. warr. that will expire in 8 mos. from the day I called. Rep. stated they do not cover snow damage, and I had to pay for repairs. I requested a replacement, he denied the req., and stated to call around and let him know what repair shops say, to see if he could help out in any way. I reached out to repair shops and sent pics to my professional repair shop (A&B HITCH and REPAIR), and they replied that they did not think they could repair it. I called Pace Edwards again, same rep. stated in so many words that I had to deal with it. I asked for their recommended shop in my general area that could repair it, he said he did not have a list to help me. After 2wks of back and forth, I requested he elevate to his supervisor. He stated the supervisor would not change his decision, and he would want even more pics. I sent more pics and inssisted he'd elevate. He said he would elevate it to his supv.After several more attempts in a 2 wk period to contact the rep. for a total of 4wks from initial call, I was able reach him. His responce to my call was that his supv. denied my req. They should work on customer service, to include honoring a fair and respectable product warr.*************************************************************************************************

      On July 07, 2022 I purchased the ULTRAGROOVE Tonneau Cover Model# KR2105 Serial# *********** for my ********* - 5'7" bed. On September 17th I contacted Support to inform that the cover no longer closes all the way on one side. On Sept 20th, I received a response, indicating that I would have to contact the warranty department. I sent the warranty department a response on the same day, however I have still not received any response from them. I attempted to call their support number, and nobody replied, I was asked to leave a message. I haven't been called back yet. I paid, $1,722.44 for this cover, and it is unacceptable that less than 3 months after it has been installed, it no longer works properly. The left side has about 1 1/2 inch of space when I attempt to close the cover. This allows water to freely get into the bed, as well as allows objects to be inserted into the bed, including allowing one to attempt to unlatch the bed and completely open the bed. The whole point of buying the Tonneau Cover was to keep objects safe in the bed, and also prevent rain from getting to the objects in great amounts, this problem allows both of those issues to happen. Pace Edwards offers a warranty of at least one year, but the business hasn't attempted to contact me to resolve the issue. The Paypal transaction ID is *****************.

      I purchased a Ultragroove KR2078 for my truck. It has worked well and I liked the product up until the spring that retracts it broke. I can no longer roll it back up into the cartridge. I have been reaching out for over a month and keep getting transferred to other departments. I started with Pace Edwards. I called and filled out the online form. Never received a call back. I did receive an email. After supplying them with all the details of my cover, they sent me a link to request help from ****. A few days later, I get a response, telling me I need to be working with Pace Edwards. What should have been a simple parts request just keeps going back and forth because no one on either end will own me as a someone who bought their product and help me obtain the part I need to use the cover. It simply should not have to be this hard. I called again today. Left a Voicemail as usual. I am not expecting a call back. Caution if you plan on buying anything from Pace Edwards or Leer. If you need any support help on your product, you will be out of luck. All I wanted was a simple part that I can change myself and it is proving to be impossible.
