      I purchased a mailbox and paid via PayPal in July 2022. I understood it could take 4-5 months to receive it. At about 4 months I began to reach out. I contacted them twice via their email and twice via their website contact form over the next 6-8 months. I requested an update on our order and, in the later emails a refund. I have received no responses, no refund and no mailbox.

      While I do see the order with the order number that you provided, it shows that it is a canceled order. There was no payment made through my payment processor. When I look up your order, either by your name or by the order number, no payment was made for that order at all. That is most likely the reason that the order was canceled and nothing was shipped to you. I cannot provide a product if I do not receive payment, and I cannot even provide a refund because it does not show a payment in the first place. Also, it has been over a year and I do not see any email from you prior to this message. Orders take 2-3 weeks to complete and ship, not 4 months as you say in your message, so I am not sure where you received that incorrect information, and not sure why this is being brought up over a year later. Concerns with orders should be addressed much sooner than that. I would be happy to fulfil an order if an order is processed with payment, otherwise, when no payment comes through, the order is automatically closed and wont be processed.

      I placed an order from their website on April 17th with full payment. Their website says up to two weeks to fulfill the order and ship. I still havent received the item and when I try and contact the vendor they dont answer. There is no phone number and I have attempted to connect on social media. Theyve taken my money but havent fulfilled their promise

      I have refunded the amount you paid for the order. If you would have just emailed me first, I would have refunded the order a while ago, but I never received any communication from you. All I received is this communication via the BBB. Your refund will go back to the card that you paid with, and it takes 5-7 days to process.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      Please note I did email the company several times both directly. Via their website and via Instagram. So Im disappointed to hear that those were not received. 

      all I had asked was the my order was completed and fulfilled.

      I ordered a ********************** Mailbox by TheBusBox on 12/4/2022. I paid a total amount of $193.00 & have never received the product. By the time I realized I didn't receive and invoice e-mail, the money was already paid out of my account. I have e-mailed them about the situation, have not received any responses and even though the website allows you to order products, takes your money, I don't think they're in business!!

      I am sending the refund for your order right now. As I explained in prior emails, your order would ship right after Christmas. Because of the time that it takes to complete the orders, as well as the many orders that I have around Christmas, I said that I could only guaranty Christmas delivery if the order was placed prior to Dec 1st. Since your order was placed after the 1st, I had said that it would ship out right after Christmas. Since you are now requesting a refund, the order will be canceled and I will initiate the refund. It will take **** days for it to process and be applied to your account.

      I placed an order on 11/2/2022 from The Bus Box, my card was immediately charged $226.56. Ive not received any response from the business after numerous attempts to find out the status of this order. The only way to contact this business is through their website, via email. Ive reported this business to the *** and filed a dispute with my bank. This business is a fraud and taking money from people and not providing the product, promised. I would like my entire purchase refunded.

      I ordered and paid for an Army Veteran mailbox back in July from TheBusBox. I have written to TheBusBox, four separate times seeking to obtain the status of my order. They have not responded at all. When I looked on the BBB website, I see there are numerous and identical claims such as mine. If the BBB is unable to assist me in resolving this matter, can you please provide me a business address for TheBusBox, so that I may pursue other legal actions? Thank you

      Hi; I ordered a mailbox in May 2022, I did receive confirmation of my order. Payment was sent via credit card. I did not hear of shipping information so on June 17th, I emailed asking when to expect my mailbox. ******* answered promptly that it would be shipped out the beginning of the following week. I havent heard from him since. I have emailed the company several times and cannot get a response. I also located a phone number and called and left a message and also sent a text. I really want the mailbox. The order number is #GOFU-129435 To be shipped to my ****** *************************************** ****************************************************** Thank you!

      Ordered a mailbox from TheBusBus, owner, Branden ******* on 6/4/22. His website states 3-4 weeks to make & then will send out. Its 7/15/22 & I still havent received the mailbox after spending over $200 for it!! I emailed the seller several times & finally got one response in which he told me he doesnt have my order. I emailed him back my confirmation of order email & havent heard back from him. Its been 3 days since the order confirmation email was sent to him.

      I placed an order with BusBox on October 7, 2021. According to the shops policies it takes 2-3 weeks to create the project, sometimes more depending on the time of the year. I ordered early with the intention of using this as a holiday gift. After 5 weeks of not hearing an update, I reached out to the seller. I needed to reach out 3 times over the course of another 2 weeks before I got a response on November 24th that my order has not been started yet. I asked for a refund as it was way out of the window of the shops policies and asked for a refund and have not heard back again. This is an expensive item and I would like my money returned to me. I understand that personalized items take time but it has been over 2 months and I have had no customer service to assist me in handling this matter. At this point i do not even want the product, jsut my money back.

      I did notify the customer that for some personal family matters, the item would be delayed. I never heard back from the customer after that. I have no problem issuing a refund, and I will initiate the refund as soon as I finish typing this response. If the customer would have communicated with me that they no longer wanted the item, I would have taken care of it then. Refunds take about 5-10 days to apply back to the account or card that was used for the purchase.

      I have also attached proof that o did ask for a refund after the 5 weeks from the order date. I never got a response from the business after this emails I have attached the refund request.
