Hi I am currently dealing with a situation that I dont want anyone else to go through. Back on January 25th ************************* with **** excavation and logging LLC came out to our property at 4pm and did a walk through our property cause we were interested in selling some of our bigger trees as we a low income and had just lost our second car. He decided he was interested in the trees and the original agreement was for him to take the longs and give us 500$, clear our property and gravel our driveway. He told us he would send over a contract on 4 separate occasions and never did them when he showed up to start the work he said he trusted us and didnt need us to sign the contract before coming out he let us know that he wouldnt be able to pay the 500$ he had originally planned to give us which we said was okay because the other stuff he said he was going to do was worth it to us. When they came out a cleared trees he smashed our 500$ pool that we saved up for for a year because I suffer from 3 chronic illnesses and it helps with the constant pain. We were very understanding and he told us he had immediately had his wife buy a new pool and new pool toys that were destroyed as well but now after 4 months and no pool, no driveway and a torn up property we called him and asked to just come pick up the pool from him but he informed us that he never bought the pool and now will not just pay us back for it we do not trust this man and no longer want to work with him anymore we just want him to pay us back and be done with it but hes refusing to do so. I really believe we have been so patient and kind with this man and he really doesnt care he has ****** us over. Idk what to do anymoreBusiness response

This complaint has been resolved. The load of gravel was delivered and the pool was paid for.
