I'll start by saying this is more of a reflection on Corporate ownership than the franchise owner. Had the website not malfunctioned, the issue would be far less than it turned out to be. I went online to place my order. In addition to this, I took extra time to register my account as my intent was to be a loyal customer. After taking the time to ensure my sandwich was going to be made to my satisfaction, the system wouldn't process my order. It told me I needed to enter my credit card security code. I would have done this, but I was never prompted and when I looked for a plae to enter, one did not exist. I refreshed my page and even went as far to start my order again. No options for security pin presented. One way or another, I was driving to the location, so I did. Being a new location, the cashier struggled to find the options to create my sandwich. He was both patient and kind, but it took about 5 minutes to place an order that I should have had to place. In addition, I now had to wait another 10 minutes for an order that was intended to be curbside pickup. The sandwich was not made to my liking, and the loyalty program was offline not giving me access to accrue points. This was a massive waste of my time, energy and efforts and I either want a refund, or my sandwich remade.This isn't how you open a new business and it's unfortunate that my experience was poor, but I jumped through too many hoops and was made to wait unceremoniously for an extremely below average sandwich.
