This company has done some repairs since I purchased my home 10-14-22, they kept telling me for further repairs to wait until the years end which is the end of the warranty. I contacted ********************* on July 27th about four very large siding cracks and she stated again they are waiting until years end? When the weather is cold and rainy, makes know sense to me? So, I contacted her AGAIN on September 18th and she stated that a contractor would reach out to me but to date has not? So, I wrote to ********************* again on September 25th and have not heard back? She in the past was always good at replying but since Champion Builders dropped the ball on me shes not as responsive? Ive been mistreated throughout the process at know fault of mine.On the last visit for a repair the contractor ***** entered my property with someone (later found to be his brother in law) and they walked around my home before knocking on my door. I heard the conversation through my security cameras as he called the office stating we will have to tear them down referring to my awnings, theres literally four screws holding them up so he was being dramatic. Obviously the office said no as he and his brother in law not authorized to be here patched around them without discussing it with me! Tip of the ice **** on what Ive dealt with. ***** Peterson has no concern for the costumers satisfaction period.Customer response

********************* sent me an email stating she received the BBB complaint and stated she received the photos which I had already sent her. When she told me that I would be contacted in a previous email she never said it would be in in October until she received the complaint. They cannot caulk and paint if the weather is under a certain temperature which Im sure it will be, theres no reason they cannot do the work now. They are procrastinating and I feel doing this and then wont be able to preform the work and I will be bamboozled like the builder Champion Homes did to me.Business response

We received Ms. ******************************* complaint. The items ******************** has listed are to be addressed in the one year service call. Her one year anniversary is mid-October 2023. Our service coordinator, **** has communicated with Ms. *************************** regarding timing of the one year service call. ******************** and **** have confirmed via email that the one year service call will occur on Friday, October 6th. **** has communicated to Ms. *************************** that the technician will call Ms. *************************** on Thursday, October 5th to confirm the estimated time of his arrival at her home.
Thank you for the opportunity to clarify the one year service call timing.
