last month (July 2022) I brought some part to tire clinic, specifically front ball joints and cv axles, to install in my vehicle. I believed it to all be fixed but a month later (8/16/22) suddenly while driving down the road, my brand new passenger side ball joint just came out causing my wheel to almost fall off and ripping the new cv axle out, destroying a brand new tire and shoving my passenger fender up into my passenger door. the tow truck driver that had to drag my vehicle home noticed immediately that neither the castle nut nor the safety pin that hold the ball joint in place where anywhere around and even after searching the accident scene, none were found. after getting home I attempted to call tire clinic and an employee said his boss would call me back which never happened. I'm not seeking any monetary gain, I just want my vehicle fixed.

I took my car in on March 7th for a front end wheel alignment I meant and they did such a horrible job I took it to my mechanic and had him look at it and he said that they messed up the rear alignment is alignment so bad that it wore out my back tires within 2 weeks when I took it back they told me they didn't have time for my car and ask me to leave the premises plug it says plus they charge a $5 credit cer credit card fee for using your debit card or credit card on every **** And their office and waiting room and bathroom are so discussingly dirty that when I left there that day I was sick for 3 day

We did an alignment on the vehicle to the best of our abilities, when it came off the alignment rack the steering wheel was straight and was in spec. While the customer was in the shop she was very antsy and rude, wanting to know why it was taking so long, complained that the rig had to be running and we would use all of her gas. We let her use the shop restroom and she complained. (we didn't have to let her use our bathroom) We do charge a convenience fee to run a card that is a set amount put on by the processing company in the amount they charge us to use a card. We could go to cash and check only... So no it is not illegal, it is a surcharge and is legal. If ran as debit, the charge is very minimal and a flat rate but not charged by us either. All by the processing company.
So over a week later, the receptionist received a call from the customer, she was screaming at her that we messed up her vehicle and demanded we fix it. She had a bad vibration. ****** (the receptionist) asked why she hadn't called and reported any dissatisfactions with our service earlier, the customer stated she was busy. ****** then told her that if she came in right then we would take a look, but were very busy because of it being the deadline for getting winter studs off. ****** also tried to trouble shoot with her over the phone and suggested to maybe go check the tire pressure or to see if there was any mud built up behind the wheel. She thanked her said she would try air and be in that day. The following Friday the customer showed up at 11 am and threw her keys on the counter to ****** and said "It better be fixed by the time I am done with my hair appointment" and attempted to walk back out of the office. We were in winter swap-out rush.. we were booked solid that day and that was 4 days later than when she was told we could squeeze her in. No call nothing before coming in.
****** stated that we did not have time to take a look at it and reminded her that she was asked to come in the day she called and that we are busy. The customer then starts yelling profanities at ****** (with her daughter sitting right next to her, she was there because it was spring break). ****** did keep her composer tried to explain that we couldn't get to her car right away because there were about 10 vehicles that came in before her so the chance we would get to her that day didn't look good and especially not by the time her hair appointment was done. There was another customer in the office at the time on the phone and he even stopped what he was doing and ended his call because of the customers profanities she was screaming to ******. ****** then asked her to leave and not come back.
The customer called ****** every name in the book, said she would ruin the business and walked out the door yelling more profanities. ****** went to the window to make sure she did not touch anyone's property and that she left the premise without having to call an officer. ****** then noticed that the vehicle we did the work on now has more front end body damage done to it since the time she brought it in before. (ex. front drivers headlight was now taped in). The following Monday after the incident, she called the shop yelling more profanities at ****** and telling her that we ruined her cars rear-end from us doing an alignment; according to her mechanic. Again threatening to post all over how horrible our shop was. The customer also posted on the business ******** page a bad review of false accusations as well and we have yet to comment. Our company will not be partake in the tornado this customer would like to bring about. We just request from now on she take her business elsewhere and if there are anymore calls, letter or appearances from this individual, the authorities will be called because we would like this to be a safe place for our employees and customers and the actions we have seen from this individual are very unpredictable and out of control.
