      R. Keith Connor, Jr.Greener Day Landscape and Construction Subject: Demand for Refund and Notice of Intent to Pursue Legal Action I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the landscaping project that you undertook for my property, located at **********************************************************, *****. The project was not completed as agreed upon and has caused considerable inconvenience and financial loss. On June 1, 2023, we entered into a contract with your company to perform landscaping services for the amount of $1,500. However, despite our initial agreement and full payment made on the aforementioned date, the project remains unfinished and not up to the promised standards. The incomplete work has negatively affected the appearance and functionality of our property, resulting in significant disappointment and frustration. As per our contractual agreement, it was expected that the project would be completed within a reasonable timeframe. Regrettably, this has not been the case, and we have made numerous attempts to communicate with your company to address the issue and seek resolution. However, we have not received any response or a satisfactory explanation for the delay and incomplete work.Considering the lack of progress and the failure to fulfill your contractual obligations, we hereby demand an immediate and full refund of the $1,500 paid on June 1, 2023. We expect this refund to be processed within 14 days from the date of this letter. Please be advised that if the refund is not received within the specified timeframe, we will have no choice but to pursue legal action to recover the amount paid and to seek damages for the breach of contract and any additional costs incurred as a result of your company's failure to complete the project. We believe that it is in both parties' best interests to resolve this matter amicably and promptly.

I was referred to R. Keith Connor *** who supposedly runs Greener Days Contracting operating out of *******, ** or **********, ** by my neighbor who found him on Nextdoor.com. I contacted him for a bid on building a new fence, back deck, front and back awnings and a side tranquil garden. On March 11, 2022, we agreed on a contract and I sent him an initial deposit of 50% of the bid because he said the costs of materials are fluctuating ever day and he needs to secure them as soon as possible to get them at the lower price he was quoted by his own distributor. Then, a few weeks later, he told me his truck got broken into and someone stole the receipts for my materials and had already picked them up. And on April 28, 2022, in order to go forward with the job, he needed to re-secure the materials with another deposit of $7900.00. At first I refused, but he conned me into thinking I was the bad person by not being sympathetic to his loses and bullied me into securing almost the entire amount of the bid. This man claimed to be a contractor but has no active license, nor bonded or insured scammed me out of $17.250.00 for work he promised through a written contract and several deposits. He had his "friend" **** show up on random days and on a few weekends to work on my back deck. He would text me when I asked him about when the work would be finished, and he would usually respond by saying he will be there to finish up tomorrow but never showed up for weeks. Only the back deck has been worked on and it is incomplete. May 23, 2022 was the final text message I received from him assuring me that he will work 12 hours a day until the job is done and is on schedule. Since May 24, 2022, he stopped responding to my phone calls, texts and emails once the deadline to finish the project passed and is now in breach of the contract too. Therefore, I am contacting you for assistance on investigating and resolving this matter. Feel free to contact me as I have supporting documents.
