Consumers allege Tungsten Craft does not respond after multiple attempts to contact them by email, phone, text, live chat, or through social media. Furthermore, consumers are unable to mail Tungsten Craft their inquiries because there is no physical address listed on their website. Consumers further claim Tungsten Craft immediately charges for orders, does not provide a confirmation email or tracking information, and orders are ultimately not shipped and/or received. In addition, consumers allege that products received of poor quality and sizing, and the business advertises a 100% lifetime warranty, including resizing, but is unable to be reached resulting in not being able to obtain assistance or refunds.
On February 2. 2021, BBB notified the company of the complaint pattern. To date, the company has not responded to BBB's request to address the pattern.
