On Wednesday, November 15, 2023 I decided to take my pet to Cascade veterinary clinic. Upon arrival everything seemed promising as far as getting the proper care we needed. When we spoke to the doctor, as far as our concerns, when it came to our pet, he proceeded to tell us he didnt know when it came to each and every concern we mentioned. We have been extremely worried for our dogs health as hes been coughing and needing direct medical attention as soon as he was able to get it. The doctor and the nurse failed to address the specific concerns I addressed such as joint pain within my animal and after mentioning it 3 different times they did not even try to look at where the pain may be coming from or a proper solution. They sent us home with wipes for our dogs face when we didnt go in there for that specific concern. The doctor stated the total amount of the visit would be $250.00 which I was okay with. Upon checking out they charged us $****** without making sure it was within our budget and doing nothing to help benefit our dog and his needs. I got no professional breakdown of the charges. I am very frustrated and I made it a point to speak with them on the phone regarding pricing and if I was going to be able to afford the appointment before deciding to bring my dog in. Aside from all of that, I paid ****** for them to not address any of my concerns and to tell me they do not know which frustrates me even more because that is supposed to be a place we can turn when we feel our dogs health is not where it needs to be. I am still worried for my dog, his cough and his joint pain as my problem was not resolved and I feel that I was almost basically scammed out of my money!
