I paid them $13,860.00 on Sept. 30, 2021. They told be they would get my roof replaced within about 2 or 3 weeks, that there was 2 jobs ahead of me. I got an email from them saying they were coming Oct.9th but they did not show up. They then told me that it should have said between now and Oct. 15th. Never showed up said that the supplies didn't come in and they would do it as soon as they did. Told me the supplies were here just before Thanksgiving and they would be dropping them off, then told me he was going to have them drop them off after Thanksgiving. Never happened. Then he kept telling me he was waiting on a permit was still saying that first part of March still have not seen one hung up. Through this whole time calling and telling him that **** was getting worse and worse water pouring out. He did come and adjust a tarp. Again never showed up. Next excuse was that his niece had cancer and he was in ****** and would get to it as soon as he got back. Never showed up. Always excuses. Talked to him the end of March told him now the little pinkie nail size **** was huge plus the most of ceiling turning brown from water. He said he would take care of the ceiling too since it was because of them not getting the roof repaired when they were suppose to. Said he would get his drywall guy lined up and him and them would get the ceiling and roof done within the next couple of weeks. The only thing he did was come put up a bigger tarp. Still nothing done to this day. The last few weeks not answering his phone voicemail always full and not answering text. I did finally on last Thursday when I called got a text from him saying he was on the other line and would call back. Didn't. On Friday I texted him what happened to my call back and he answered very sorry there's been a lot going on as soon as I get a chance, no call. It just has been one excuse after another. Should have reached out to you sooner. If not doing it at least want my money back
