Signed a contract with Complete Home Repair Of Washington on June 18th, 2022 for a residing job on my mobile home. Paid the company half down in the sum of $9075.00 dollars on June 21st,2022. Although the contract does not state a specific start date, the company stated [ ********************* said verbally] that they would start on the third week of July. Sent a text message on the July 21st,2022 asking if they had a start date. July 21,2022 returned text from ********************* saying that their person to draw up plans was dealing with a family crisis and that they would get back to me with a start date. July 22,2022 responded to text saying that park management was only concerned about an L&I perment to keep the the job in legal status. No return response. August 3rd,2022 sent text asking for full refund of money[ that I borrowed from someone else] so I could give it back to them. Disregarding my text, ********************* responded with a text photo of materials and saying that the L&I representative was out of country, so he could not speak with him. ??? [ pemits can be done online]. August 5th,2022 ********************* sent a text saying he had spoke to the L&I rep saying that they had to make changes and that they would see me on Saturday to go through the changes. No contact since as of August 20,2022[today]. In the contract it states that the company would order and deliver materials, not send a text photo. No materials have been delivered.
