They were excellent from estimate to diagnosis the problems, clearly recommending repair of roofing above/below gutter and around skylight with replacement. 5 starsWe had a couple of companies come in to check on some minor leaks in our roof and they said that they "did not feel comfortable" doing a repair job after inspection and only provided a quote for a full replacement. The folks from Blue and Blue took a good look at the situation and said that the leaks were due to one problem area at the base of the chimney for our wood-burning stove and the rest of the roof looked like it should be fine for at least another five years. Their estimate was fair, we had the repair done and, voila!, the leaks were gone. Paying less than a tenth of the cost for a full roof replacement was great! We will almost certainly call on Blue and Blue when we really do need a full replacement.Review fromHal A

5 starsI needed a repair to my roof. It was sagging and I was worried it might be leaking into my attic. B&B responded immediately with a free estimate and scheduled the repair the next week. They were AWESOME and exceeded my expectations. I will highly recommend this company and will use them when I need a new roof. The price was fair/competitive and the communication from the by the office staff, estimator and repair person was excellent. So many companies and contractors don't follow-through. 5 starsBlue and Blue did a great job from start to finish. The estimator was professional, knowledgeable and a good communicator. Provided on-the-spot written estimate to add roof vents to my existing roof. Estimate was competitive. The roofer was thorough and made sure to take photos and cleanup the job site. It took longer than originally expected which wasnt a problem as he returned the second day and finished. Scheduling wasnt quite as smooth as Id have liked but the small issue was resolved quickly and professionally. Great communication from all staff I interacted with. 5 starsBlue and Blue recently repaired our roof. Their service was prompt, professional and totally satisfactory. Their representative, ****, looked at the problem area and diagnosed the cause quickly, with no effort to up-sell. Repair was scheduled for a date as soon as we could have hoped and the repair was done right. All in all, a good experience.A couple of years ago, Blue and Blue re-roofed our daughter's house, a torch-down roof.. They did a good job and completed the work on schedule. A few months ago, there was a leak around the chimney and Blue and Blue came out immediately--on a weekend-- diagnosed the problem (which had nothing to do with their work) and did a temporary fix.
