I came to this business to receive new brakes, they messed up and broke parts and charged me for new parts. Upon receiving my car back, my brake system was in worse condition than what it was before I brought the car in. I took it to a brake specialist and found out it needed an additional $1,500.00 in repairs to fix what they broke and they are refusing to take responsibility and refund me.Initial Complaint

I drove over a speed bump and my front drivers side tire became inoperable. The car was towed by my apt complex because my insurance emergency roadside assistance didnt get to it in time. When they finally did help me out the next day I called around to find a place to tow it to. Factory direct tire was the place I decided to send it since it was the nicest sounding place of all the places that I called. It has been there all week (since Tuesday) its Friday and the person I spoke with today is bullying me telling me I have to come pickup the car because it is totally trashed, and cannot be fixed he then hung up on me and I had to call back at that time I spoke with a female who said that since a different employee spoke to me first Id have to wait for him until Monday!! Without my car I dont make money so now I am behind in everything and will be homeless and careless and penniless I am in the worst place in my life and this guy just told me my only possession in Themis world is trash and I need to come get it even though it cannot be moved due to the tire. Is there a law against him bullying me in this manner?! Ive never felt so helpless before in my life.
