I purchased a used vehicle back in November and it had no problems whatsoever and I have proof of this from carfax and the dealer. I have had two oil changes since Ive purchased it and have put about 8500 miles on it. Each oil change they did a multipoint vehicle inspection. The first one there was nothing wrong and a couple weeks later I had a check engine light come on so I took it back to them immediately and had them check it out. After that they told me that within a couple weeks I all the sudden needed a new air filter and cabin air filter which should have been noticed with the first multipoint inspection. I told them this and was never contacted again about the issue and I have proof of this. I had another oil change on Wednesday and they did another multipoint inspection and now I have an estimate for about $8k worth of problems from an oil leak, a transmission leak, a bad upper ball joint which I had talked to the salesman about and he said there service people said it was fine, and the tires are weather checked which they sold me the vehicle with the weather checked tires. I confronted the sales manager yesterday and service about all of this and they told me there is nothing they can do except get me in another vehicle because it had ****** on it when I purchased it and thats why it has all these problems. I know that 8500 miles did not cause all these problems they were overlooked.

I went into Windy Chevrolet on December 30, 2022 in desperate need of a good used vehicle. Upon selecting one, I asked about its maintenance record and timing belt/chain status. They assured me it was not an issue. I laid $1500 down and financed the rest. The car lasted only 8 weeks before the timing belt failed. I'm now making monthly payments on a dead vehicle that Windy Chevrolet will not stand behind. Horrible experience.Update: it's now been 11 months, and I've corresponded with them 3 times. They won't stand behind the vehicle they unloaded on me. All they offer is to put me in ANOTHER, more expensive, vehicle and absorb the dead car's loan balance into an new inflated loan at what is surely to be a ridiculously high APR. Asinine. Bottom line: Windy Chevrolet knowingly sold me a piece of refurbished garbage and they now refuse to do the right thing. The LEAST they should do is refund to me the money I put down.I am a long-time resident of both ****** and Ellensburg, and I will tell everyone I know exactly what happened to me at Windy Chevrolet. AVOID this dealership.

****************** took my car in for a simple change of a computer code. I was not given an estimate. When I picked it up, I was charged over $200. I looked at the paperwork, and included in the paperwork was an estimate (that I hadn't signed) listing the estimated cost as $0. I tried to contact them about this, even going to the State Attorney General, and received no response.
