5-22-23 hired, signed contract & paid half, $3000 cash, to do work on '57 Tbird with target completion date of 7-1-23. Vehicle was towed to his shop on 5-25-23. Work to be done was complete wiring of vehicle, wiring was supplied by me. Install dash pad, repair cross members under transmission, repair large trans tunnel hole w/ my supplied metal patch piece. Mate ********************* supplied by customer with correct parts supplied by 7s Fab. I do not know quality of work done at this time until I can start the engine. Main dash wiring harness was mated to dash controls and I do not know quality of work done. No other wiring work was done. I had stopped by his shop many times and vehicle sat untouched for weeks. He did not like me stopping by "unannounced" and to call before coming by. He also said "don't talk to other customers in his shop". Phone calls frequently went to his voicemail with no return calls.7-10-23 I called Will and requested vehicle to be returned to me so I could install the ********************* so he could then come finish his contracted work, as discussed. 7-11-23 tow truck arrived & I arrived to oversee loading of car, and I picked up my engine. **** then informed me that he would not release the vehicle until contract was paid in full, even though only a small percentage of the work was done. I felt that my vehicle was being held hostage until I paid the balance of $3000, for a total of $6000 CASH & 302 engine for a credit of $1000. He wrote on the contract, "Work to be finished after motor install". Vehicle was now in my possession. I installed *********************. Now waiting for **** to finish his contracted wiring work. All communication had stopped at this point. Many phone calls & messages left on his phone were ignored. Went by his shop & no one has been there for weeks. Finally reached him 8-30-23. Very heated conversation & said he would return $4000 cash "guaranteed" by ****. FB posting indicated he has done this to other people!

On July 11, 2023 I gave 7S **************************** (Will ***********) $10,000 to save my place in line and order parts. On June 11, 2023 I received a phone call from *************************** asking for an additional $30,000. When I went to his place of business to see where he spent the $10,000 he already received he could not show me any PO or invoices as to what he did with my money. He told me he used it to keep his business going. He robbed ***** to pay ****. I am seeking my money back. I have explained in more detail in the letter attached.

This is not true. We had an agreement and you decided to bully me into a new agreement and that will not be tolerated. I will deal with this as discussed before you brought your nephew down to my shop to attempt to intimidate me.

I am rejecting this response because: nothing was said in the businesses response about resolving the issue.  Im asking for my $10,000 back due to the fact *************************** has not shown me any P.O. or invoice as to how my $10,000 was spent. The money was to save my place in line and order parts. He said he used the money to keep his shop going. When will he return my money? I did not bully or intimidate Will. I simply asked him how the $10,000 was spent because he was asking for another $30,000.  He had no proof of how the $10,000 was spent. I want my $10,000 back and to end my business with 7S Fab & Design.

      Sincerely,

      *********************
