If I could leave less than one star I would. My husband and I fell in love with her artwork on Instagram and thought she had very fair prices for the work she did. He decided to surprise me for Christmas with our favorite painting of hers, and paid $600 for it. She never sent it, despite many many communication attempts we never received it. We tried to give ***** and patience, multiple times she said that she shipped it but was unable to give us a tracking number. We were given excuse after excuse. We liked that we were purchasing from someone who was fairly local, and was an independent artist and decided to give a lot of patience because we knew we weren't purchasing art from Target. Unfortunately, that ***** and patience was taken advantage of. By the time we finally tried to get our money back from our credit card company, the window had passed and they did not approve the chargeback. We are both broken hearted about it, and so frustrated that our patience was taken advantage of.Review from Victoria B

I placed an order on July 12th with Faith, with a 4 week expected period before shipping. Its been 13 weeks and I havent heard back since the confirmation email. Ive reached out to two email addresses and through her website. No response. Unfortunately, I placed another order on Aug 30 and I dont expect I will ever receive that painting either. And the second painting was supposed to be a gift. Unsure if there is a way to get my money back, if not then thats $600 down the drain. I wish there had been reviews available before I ordered.Review from Ash

I feel as though it is worth mentioning my personal purchase experience with this artist. I bought several paintings from Faith in April. There was no communication after the purchase, from Faith, after inquiring several times in August regarding my purchase. I have, just recently, started the charge back process with my bank because the paintings were never shipped and there was no communication from Faith regarding the purchase. I am sure others have had positive experiences and that is wonderful. I am also sure that Faith is an amazing person who does wonderful things for this world. At the same time, be aware that, at times, communication from Faith is far less than ideal and there is the chance that you will not get what you pay for. This business feels very disoriented and unorganized based on my personal experience.
