  My fiancee ************************* took a vehicle to *************** the owner of The Shop mid summer 2021. She was promised full repairs of a engine swap from a parts car to ours for ******************************************************************************************************************************* a savings account to pay him. After him saying he would not work on the car without a down payment i proceeded to contact him and give 500 down on 2/1/22 invoice number ***** and he put the cash in his wallet we maintained contact. We explained we needed the car asap as we was having issues with our other car but no response. Finally we contacted him again he stated he purchased a parts car and that he couldn't release the car or puck ours up and made excuses that he believed that we had no money to pay him as our other car needed major repairs. I was very clear we needed that car finished so we could pick it up and repair our other one. ****** later he finally answers the phone and gave a big run around that he has had no time for it as he got a county contract and has no help after firing all his help the year before and blaming them for similar issues. Now tonight my fiancees car was in a accident and thankfully i bought a spare rig for emergencies but this has been a major burden given the situation now. We have not been in contact now with him for many months nor has he attempted to contact us and from what im told others have vehicles there yet to be repaired too. We had talked and origionally he ask if i could send the payment via paypal but i took the 500 to him in person in cash instead. The car is a white 2006 chysler 300 2c3ka53g46h388628 and we have not seen it in over a year as its in his shop. He promised week after week for the repairs after i made the initial payment and still nothing is done. I have seen him in passing in town and ask him months ago when he would get our car finished and told me when he can. I gave ample time of resolution before this.

  I was fixing for her as friend, I have know ************************* for 20years. not running through the shop. I pick up off the side of highway with bad engine noise. Her boyfriend before ******************* was driving it just drop her off at work. The noise coming from timing belt area. The engine oil dip stick handle was broken off. The water pump was bad. Install new timing belt and water pump. *************************** timing kit with water pump *****k for ****** before tax. coolant. Started up rev up noise still there. Drain the oil found metal in the oil. Add oil to engine. Car still runs with rod knock. She did not have money to fix at time. I gave them 96 Buick century  that last time she borrowed some how took out rev in the Transmission. But they need the car so I gave her the title so she put it in her name. **** **** show up with ********. say he had the money. I figure I could get running with used motor for ****. That would just be parts. Junk car guy had 05 chry 300 with good motor, a/c parts better head lights. But brought me the car with engine in it. I got inside started taking the junk 300 part for the parts need for the Chrysler 300. I told **** i would not take the money for till the car was done. It would be 3 week before i could start on the junk car. Last year did not go well for me. Got diffent job, so I just try to help but I can only do so much. **** and ******** removed me from there friend list on ******** in aug. I had no time, it been freezing cold. There 300 been outside all together with new water pump and timing kit in it. ******** get in car crash totals her newer buick. Now it my problem there down a car. I got messaged from **** showing they block me need five hundred dollars back for the car. I loaded the 300 to there house in moses ***** The 300 still run but has engine knock. **** a mechanic and can take the new water pump off the car put the old  water pump and timing belt back to orelley auto parts get ****** refund. There nothing more I can do. The junk car guy did not gave me refund he has title for part car 300 so he pick it up. I'm so glad I Closed the shop, so I don't have deal with people Like you anymore.
