I was scammed out of ***** dollars. The bank failed to process my timely payment to the unjust cause to penalized me with a late fee and more interest.

Coastal Community Bank's ONE card is the perfect card for scammers, and tonight my employee was manipulated by a scammer into taking cash from our restaurant, loading it onto a ONE card from Coastal Community Bank, and then reading him the card information over the phone. This scammer was very manipulative, said he was a Police Officer and that I was in Court, knew our names, and said that this was urgent. When working with a teenager he was able to facilitate this scam. When I called ONE to see if I could report this to their fraud department or give them the card number to see if they could close the card or help in any way, they actually WOULD NOT speak to me! They said that if I didn't have a registered ONE account that they would not be able to help me. Despite having the card in my possession, and explaining what happened to me, she would not assist me in any way. No fraud department, nothing. She continued to say, "Ma'am, do you have a phone number you can give me that's associated with your ONE account? If so, I'd be happy to help you." I was robbed, no I don't have an account with ONE set-up. I told her I had the physical card in front of me, including the card number, expiration, and CVC. She responded that, nope, without a registered account she could not speak to me. She would not transfer me, nothing, this was the extent of the support available to me. I was so beyond baffled and bewildered that I can only assume Coastal Community Bank makes money on these scammers and actually encourages their cards to be used in this way, and therefore trains their internal Team to act in this manner. There's a reason the scammer told her to grab the ONE card- they apparently know that Coastal Community Bank loves theft from business owners and has no interest in helping those of us who have been robbed- so long as funds went on a ONE account!

Do not trust with your financial information. Coastal ********************************* Coastal community bank, whatever you want to call them is not trustworthy at all. 3+ year customer who reported a fraud transaction and tried to do a charge back. It took them a full month just to deny the fraud claim with their only evidence being a typed out receipt with my name and address on it from the website. No product ever switched hands, no full refund charged back. Blatant fraudulent institution.

Coastal Community Bank is a partner of ONE. **************************************** is an absolute SCAM. They somehow partnered with ******* and they sell the "ONE" cards at their stores. It's called the RELOADABLE DEBIT MASTERCARD. I purchased 11 from ******* and they are NOT reloadable. It's insane. It's false advertising.

If I could put negative stars, I would. I have spent the last 3 weekends home trying to use this card that I had paid the FULL balance on and every time I try, I am on the phone with the fraud department trying to unlock my card. I was at ******* trying to buy school clothes with my card and it declined. I called at the register and was transferred to the fraud ***** and the supervisor continued to tell me to try again. Every try ended with a decline. He then tells me that his access level could not permit any more unlocks and that I needed to wait till Monday to talk to customer service. I did, and after calling on Monday, the rep tells me the were open the entire weekend and that they have been having issues with ******* and Target for the last 3 weeks. Why would you not inform your consumers of this via email or letter? Why did your Supervisor have me stand there for 30min embarrassing myself knowing I was AT a *******? Then after that ordeal, I try to use it today at HEB.. declined. I call in and am bounced around between 4 representatives, all needing to re-verify my information. Also, I have to type it in 4 times as well. Now I am beyond frustrated and have CLOSED this account and now warn ALL against getting a Prosper Card. WORST **************** I have ever had with a credit card company. Bounced around, mis-informed, embarrassed and non-stop wasted my time. GOOD LUCK if you choose to get this card.
