I have placed several orders with this company and only to have the orders canceled spoke with *************************** and he states it is what it is some on line purchases will be canceled this is not stated at time of purchased and it is so un fare to customers they need to have better wayBusiness response

Good morning,
I have reviewed the complaint and see that it is in regards to a purchase at Nordstrom, **** Nordstrom Federal Credit Union is the financial institution for the Nordstrom employee and their family members. The Credit Union does not have anything to do with the department store and the products they sell.

Order# *********, made on 12/07/21, amount $963.37. The order contains 2 items, one item of the two was received. the tracking number for the missing item shows delivered but the item has been not received. Business was contacted and they didn't offer a replacement, moreover they declined the refund. The decision was based on the provided tracking number which is a misleading tracking number. when you track it on Nordstrom website, it will shows delivered December 9th at 12:09 pm, But when you track it on Fedex website it shows delivered December 9th @ 11:07 am. Nordstrom was contacted December 10th and they declined the refund December 11th. Which means a pre made decision without even investigating if the package was misplaced or lost or even delivered to a different address. please find attached the two screenshots of the two different delivery time. I have surveillance camera and I received several packages on December 9th includes just one package from Nordstrom not two. What happened to Nordstrom great customer service? I am very disappointed and I thought my money and purchase are protected when I place my order with Nordstrom.Business response

I have reviewed the complaint submitted and see that this is not related to Nordstrom Federal Credit Union. Nordstrom FCU is the Credit Union for the Nordstrom employees and their family members. The Credit Union does not have anything to do with the products Nordstrom, Inc sells or their delivery process.
