I went to appointment as schedule when I used their Groupon voucher, I was early but they let me in. I entered and filled out several forms on paper; which is inconvenient as most offices now use online forms. When the nurse entered, they did a cursory exam of the pertinent areas to start my service and then she began asking intrusive personal questions such as you dont like to drink water? and what did you eat today? (paraphrasing), which has not been standard in the other places that Ive gotten the same treatment at and is frankly none of their business. She was then unable to complete the treatment which shows her incompetence and inability to focus on the task at hand since she was apparently distracted by asking me questions about my personal life, which she shouldnt have been. The manager then insisted that I had lost nothing which is untrue as it was an uncomfortable invasion of my privacy and a waste of my time. They should refund my payment and issue the appropriate reparations.Business response

Thanks for contacting us. We are familiar with the complaint. We are a ************** and the safety of our patients is of utmost importance. As in all healthcare settings our medical providers ask questions before, during and after service provision to ensure patients are able to safely receive service. We also value the privacy of each patient, and as such we cannot divulge details of why a patient couldn't have been provided a certain service. But in this situation being reported, safety of the patient was one of the determining factors. We only provide our services when it is medically and physically safe to do so.
The patient was immediately refunded their money by Groupon.com. We did not at any time handle their money. We confirmed with Groupon.com that they were refunded everything they had paid to Groupon.

I am rejecting this response because they were inappropriate and invasive with their questions and incompetent in administering services and it will be further reported to the governing authorities in healthcare.
