EVerett mazda failed to identify damages so 3rd alignment attempt was done by Fast eddies 4/27/23 $151.43 insurance denied paying when they told them it had damage. Used Mazda of everetts mistake/error to deny fixing or paying.Knuckle assembly $3151.91 + $15.61 Knuckle assembly labor cost $1425.85 Still needs subframe $1343.19 + 5.9 hours labor *********** sent my car to Mazda of Everett for inspection/repair.They aligned the car with bent parts. The DIAGNOSTIC alignment angles show it has damage.I came back and tried to show *************************** it was damaged.Tried to explain why it is not fixed. The camber and caster fasteners for the lower control arms faced 6pm when I bought the car. They now are randomly facing different directions. Not aligned. Insurance denied repairing my car due to this error/mistake. Now my car clearly has a bent subframe after I had to replace the knuckle assembly 8/21/23 on my own due to dealership and Esurance not helping/denying. 8/23/23 Took to Everett Mazda because its still not aligned. Technician noticed the subframe is damaged.*************************** Car undrivable.Still needs to be fixed. Figure it out. Call my insurance and tell them your mistake please. Here is what happend:Everett Mazdas technician saw the same alignment numbers as I did when I measured the alignment angles before repair. I can tell it was at least the second alignment because the camber has been adjusted. The caster went the opposite direction Left side low, Right side high when camber was adjusted. Camber and caster are connected, adjust one and the other will change. Appears Everett Mazdas technician was adjusting the toe after a test drive because he/she noticed the wheel was off still. The basic alignment angles they gave *********** and insurance shows the caster and toe being off. Thats how I got the car back from the bodyshop on 3/17/23. Had to make an apointment with everett mazda for a second look/alignment for 4/10/23 no help

Mazda of Everett aligned ****************** vehicle to specifications and then re-checked the alignment multiple times at no cost including 10+ hours of teardown time and were unable to find anything bent. After ************** replaced his own parts, we performed another "goodwill" alignment where it was found that the Right side was at maximum adjustment.  We could not verify that the subframe is bent.  As a courtesy, we offered ************** a subframe at no cost that he could replace on his own but that offer was declined.  We advised ************** that if he could go to another reputable shop of his choice (at our expense) and get in writing on a Repair Order that the subframe is bent, that we would call his insurance company and report the findings of the repair order.  Thus far, ************** has declined all offers and advice and we cannot report the information he is asking us to, to his insurance company.

At the bottom of mazda of everetts alignment from 2/8/23:

"One or more values are not within specification. Tire wear, handling and safety problems may result"

      I have attached the photo

This was when they first tried to do an alignment on my car. Their alignment machine was saying there is a problem before I ever got my car back.

I am rejecting this response because:

I brought the car back a second time because it was still driving the same since it was hit in front left. After the second time looking at the alignment **** claimed it was ok when it clearly was not. I tried to show and explain why. I had to go to another shop (fast eddies) for a second opinion. When they saw there was an issue they called my claims adjuster ****** and I was denied based on mazda of everetts mistake/error.

I have a car that still cannot be aligned. I had to replace the left front knuckle assembly since that is the first step in repair. Lower control arm was bent, measured with caliper + photos. Mazda of everett said they don't want to work on the car anymore because I replaced the left front knuckle assembly after repeatedly trying to show and tell them for months to try it themselves because I was denied by insurance. After replacing the left front knuckle assembly it still could not be aligned due to the subframe being damaged/shifted.

I offered to put the old knuckle assembly back on if they wanted. They declined. I cannot accept a subframe as goodwill if the frame itself is possibly damaged. They need to tell insurance about their mistake/error so I can proceed to finish having my vehicle repaired. The diagnostic alignment angles showed it is damaged. The new left front knuckle assembly revealed the subframe is damaged and moved the compromised angles from the diagnostic angles to the basic alignment angles. The front right knuckle assembly may be affected by the damaged subframe &/or frame because the subframe holds the suspension for both front wheels and is bolted to the frame of the car.

At the bottom of mazda of everetts alignment from 2/8/23:

"One or more values are not within specification. Tire wear, handling and safety problems may result"

How is that OK? You cannot align a vehicle with damaged parts.

      Sincerely,

      *************************
