Nate was incredibly rude and discriminate towards my partner and I. Borderline racial slurs will not be tolerated this day in age. ive heard from other tenants they refuse to repaired damaged items and almost never give receipts for move out costs. they should not be in business or trusted with your property.

I previously rented from The Rental Connection for ten years. Rent was on time and I did a lot of work on the property to improve it. ****************** became my leasing manager over five years ago. I encountered negligence with the property and owner in regards to repairing the fence, new tenant walk throughs introducing boundaries, condescending attitude and discrimination. I brought the fence to their attention in 2019 and nothing was done as of 2021. Neighbors would complain which placed a burden on me. The landlord did not help establish boundaries at the duplex with new tenants leaving me to help with the walk throughs. The most recent tenant harassed, violated my boundaries, threatened my safety and standard peace of living. There was a man that trespassed into my yard under the direction of the recent tenant in Unit B without my permission. The landlord clipped the lock I put on the fence to feel more protected after the incident and did not replace it due to something false the tenant in Unit B had told her. The tenant in Unit B had a large dog standing in my way out back when it was made clear no dogs were allowed on the property. She was caught touching my things. There are many other instances of violation. The Rental Connection did not follow a legal path to protect me or my environment from the recent hardships. The situation worsened and in part they wouldnt believe me nor address the seriousness of the situation that it deserved. I had no choice but to turn in my notice to vacate in July of 2021. In October 2021 there was a message on my voice mail from the new tenant in Unit A calling about my mail. I did not give The Rental Connection permission to give out my phone number. The quality of The Rental Connections overseeing properties is poor and is causing harm to others by not following standard tenant laws and protocol. I have emails and photos documenting these recent events over the years. ******************
