      On November 21, 2023 I ordered drive thru at Jack in The Box Store #****.Employee handed me the ice tea and then food bag. I drove away. I returned realizing the employee had failed to return my debit card to me.When I drove back to the window, the employee and another female came to the window and I said she hadn't returned my card to me. The other woman and her talked and then she pointed to by the register. The female employee who had served me, named Praise1 on the receipt, handed my card back wrapped in a receipt. I checked my receipt and it was for $12.57 the charge for my meal.That evening checking my bank account, I notice duplicate charges for my meal plus an additional $6.19. I immediately called the number on the receipt to speak to a manager; the number connects to a beeping fax machine sound. The next morning on November 22 around 7:30 am I ask to speak to the manager at the drive through window. Manager ***** dismisses my receipt and bank statement saying "call this number" while pointing to an outside sign and saying "I can't do anything, call the District Manager." I show her the screenshot of the fraudulent charges and she dismissed me again saying "See, they credited you, there's a minus." They all have minuses as they are deductions. I call the number for the District Manager and leave a message explaining the fraudulent charges to my debit card and *****'s refusal to correct it. She just continues to say this over and over. I say since she is the manager, she should rectify this immediately. She closes the window on me. I leave as I had to go to work. I call my bank to stop the payments for the fraudulent charges and the agent said "they are pending and to call back on Friday after the holiday to dispute the charges."

      On 3/12/22 I completed a mobile app delivery for multiple items from Jack in the box located at *******************************************************, totaling $60.32 (all we got was 2 tacos, 1 cheese burger, 1 jumbo **** and 1 large curly fry) I did not get MY order, I instead received 4 items, 1/2 of them I didn't order. I also called the store, and the manager told me that they didn't get an order from me and they can't look it up from my order number. Also told me that I could come down and show them the order and they could fix it but I ordered delivery so if I could get down there we wouldn't have this problem. The funds were pending and now have been debited from my bank. I want a refund for items not received. I've since called the store, complaint on mobile app for resolution, back and forth emails returned that same managers call, never called me back. In response to my ****** review, the owner yesterday replied for me to submit feedback on the app and I've already did that many days ago, that's why the manager called me. If there was an actual phone# on their mobile app feedback page, I'm sure they would agree and issue a refund, but unfortunately there is not. I'm very disappointed with my experience, this is fraudulent to charge me for items that I did not receive. I've been very clear as to what has happened and that I want a refund, I don't need a phone call from the same person that could not help me the night of the incident and did not call me back on 3/13 after call was returned same day. I'm getting the run around and I want a refund asap for items you never gave me, it's common sense, 6 days now and I don't get paid to spend my time trying to resolve jack in the boxes disputes, but I'm sure someone there does or should and they clearly aren't doing their job.
