I placed an order on3/6/22 for 2 baseball jerseys ($114) and was promised to be delivered in 4-6 weeks, it has been 18 weeks as of today and have yet to receive jerseys.... I have called and left voicemails and emailed but so far have yet to hear back from them. I just want my money back a this point.Initial Complaint

On 2/8/22, we paid this business for 13 Jersey kits in the amount of $3624.70. We were supposed to get 2 uniforms, a helmet, and a bat bag. In this amount is also a fee to receive the items within 10 days. We did not receive the items within 10 days and have yet to receive bat bags. We have agreed on a refund amount of $988.35. I have reached out to ********************* on the following dates (4/20, 4/22, 4/23, 4/25, 5/4, 5/5, 5/7, and 5/13/22). He claims the refund check has been mailed out, but it has been weeks and I do not have the refund check nor any tracking information or proof that it was even mailed. Our girls season is over soon and they need this money to purchase other bat bags. This is for Lady ***** 10u softball team.Initial Complaint

We are a 501C3 youth baseball organization that used this company for our uniforms and baseball equipment. We placed an order of $586.40 for a new player's set of jerseys, pants and other gear. The jerseys were delivered (much later than promised) yet we are still waiting on all of the other items that we paid for. We have been lied to over and over again about timelines, routinely ignored with voicemails and emails being unreturned. We placed two additional orders in an attempt to reconcile and we have not seen those items either.
