I put a hold deposit on a 5th Wheel camper and received an approval. The deposit was to be a refundable deposit if I did not get the camper. I did not sign any invoice or contract. the ** of the business informed me that they will not refund me the hold deposit, after less than a week. I did not sign anything. I did apply for a loan but changed my mind on the camper. I can not use one here to live as I thought before. They are trying to keep my money, I signed nothing but an inquiry with the credit union for a loan. I want my deposit back as promised by the sales staff and F&I person. I did not take possession of the camper, I did not sign any receipt for the credit card, I did not sign any contract. Deposit was only to be for hold.Initial Complaint

On Thursday, October 7th at 3:30pm a repair technician was scheduled to come out to reseal my front window in my RV. Not only was he 45 minutes late, he was unable to do the repair since he was not qualified to. I was informed of this from the repair technician from Ryan's RV and he informed me that Ryan's RV will send out someone qualified to do the repair. I was fine with all of this until I received a bill for $154.00?? I was told their price was $50.00 per 30 minutes of work plus $14.00 service fee. When I called the account department to inquire about this outrageous fee all the lady had to say was something to do with the type of glass in my RV? That doesn't explain why I owe money for a service that was never done. There's no way it took the service technician over an hour to look at my window and decide he wasn't qualified for the job. The account department refused to fix my bill and said they would refer me to another business that was qualified to help me?? This bad business
