I have a storage unit at this facility and when I called to complain about a homeless man sleeping at the front door. There was no one at the front office. No sign stating they were closed and nothing on the voicemail. This is terrible practice. When I received a call back the customer service I was met with was horrible. I keep all of my belongings here. How am I supposed to feel like my things are safe at all? If there is no one there to do their job. When I did try to explain that it didnt matter that she knew the homeless man she hung up on me and refused to answer my calls. Again where all my things are. When I went to the office she called the police. Which laughed at her. Terrible practice.Business response

Thank you for the feedback. We always strive to provide the best customer service and maintain a secure facility. Should such instances occur our management team takes action to resolve any concerns. It is unfortunate that the police had to be summoned on more than one occasion to assist us in our attempt to accommodate your needs while on property and that you were unable to communicate with us respectfully about this matter.Thank you,
